What is your return policy for personal care items?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Razors and brushes that have been used cannot be returned.
How often should I replace my safety razor blades?
For the smoothest shave and to prevent skin irritation, we recommend changing your blade every 3 to 5 shaves, depending on the thickness of your hair and the quality of the blade.
